- finger pointers

...people who are just going through the business motions.

Successful companies do not entertain mob like tendencies. In fact, they do not possess a mob or mobs. What they do possess however, is the ability to attracts others into their "cult". Plus points for a visionary at the helm. A case could be made that you need one for the other (visionary at the helm + cult).
