- That may mean some new musicians - we must know where to find some good ones.
- That will mean people need to stick to the score and song sheets.
- That will mean unwavering conductorship.
- And keeping up with the maestro.
- That will mean much practice.
- And some level of error will be acceptable...while repeated striking of bad notes and wrong chords will not be.
- That will be covered with discipline for all and from all.
Discipline for all and from all...top-quality musicians want to be part of a good band and they know discipline-packaging is fundamental to the generation of great music.
