There's a long legacy of 'idea theft'. When our ancestors got beyond chisels and stones and into more-formal business, copyright became an issue. Apparently, the case law on copyright dates back to the 6th Century AD.

Try putting an end to receiving input from people then vetoing their ideas and shutting people down.

Even better, try putting an end to asking people for input, receiving the input you requested, then vetoing ideas and shutting people down...that one really burns people.

If you can not come up with a new idea then figure out a new way to use an old one.

Sure, of course, you're not biased and you know full well your ideas are superior!

But don't let that stop you from listening to other people's ideas from time to time. With listening being such a rare commodity, little expressions of attention and interest go a long way.
