The brain accounts for 20% of the body's energy use. And, nothing consumes more brain energy that the exercising of willpower.

Willpower: that's when the brain, through conscious thought, forces/guides the body to behave in ways that lead toward [are consistent with] long-term goals.

If you are uncomfortable with your work, that's contagious. If you enjoy your work, that's contagious.

I favour abundance thinking over scarcity mindsets. 

If I think "I'm too busy" then I have a scarcity mindset with respect to time, the most-precious commodity...or darned close to it.

So - I must not think "I'm too busy."

And - I must leave "I'm too busy" to the people who embrace those scarcity mindsets.
