When you have authority, most people shut down, in one way or another, in response to your criticism...
- Maybe you want them to shut down...and be destructive?
- Maybe you don't want to shut them down...and be constructive?
- Maybe you haven't thought about the difference between being constructive and being destructive?
...what are you trying to accomplish with all your criticism?
