Thought Tweet #978 When it comes to delivering criticism it is better to conclude every little bit hurts rather than every little bit helps.

The Thinking Behind The Tweet

Thought Tweet #977 When compelled to express criticism, at least be considerate enough to reduce the quantity of it to the must-have items.

The Thinking Behind The Tweet

Do you know when Stress is getting the better of you?

Typically, people answer "Yes" to both those questions.

Typically, people are wrong on both accounts.

Thought Tweet #974 When you make a fine argument...shut up, listen, watch, & learn.

The Thinking Behind The Tweet

First, learn about the extent of the fineness of your argument. I mean, bring your thick skin and thin skull...and keep your ego under full control.

Was your argument really as fine as you thought?

Thought Tweet #973 People do a better job of accepting difficult messages if the message-delivery process does not challenge them.

The Thinking Behind The Tweet

Negative messages are a problem.

Negative delivery of messages is a bigger problem.
