Inspire business people by letting them know that you know what they do when they are at work.

The Thinking Behind The Tweet

If you believe people know what you do when you are at work then check again...you may be quite surprised to find others have a very fuzzy impression of your work. Or, they may know almost nothing about your work.

You do not have to emulate them...you can stand out...you can ask them and learn what they do...then you can know what they do...and they will appreciate you for it.

Two keys to beating your competition: (1) Start & (2) Finish.

The Thinking Behind The Tweet

If you make a habit of doing these two things, you will be leaps & bounds ahead of the pack.

Sure, there are many other things you need to do to serve and succeed.

To deliver value, all of those things must occur between (1) a Start & (2) a Finish.

Some never tire of fighting the same battles, using the same weapons, & meeting the same defeats. What peculiar stamina!

The Thinking Behind The Tweet

It seems some people never tire of experiencing the same old problems. What peculiar stamina!

Perhaps most of us appear that way when viewed from others' perspectives. [Attribution Bias]

Perhaps when observed by others most of us appear to obstinately cling to the bad habits that limit our ability to deal successfully with other people?

Perhaps my perceptions of other people's behaviour, as I watch them struggle, are too harsh?

Problems are like icebergs: their most-damaging parts are below the surface.

The Thinking Behind The Tweet

We human beings have a curious habit. We tend to express problems in ways that conceal the real sources of our 'pain'. I suppose our egos make us play word and mind games...prettying up our real problems with make-up so other people will view us in [what our egos hope will be] a better light.

Thought has two forms: one is Creative, the other is not.

The Thinking Behind The Tweet

It seems I  am on the verge of concluding Thought is either Creative or Destructive...never in between the two.

Our Creative Thoughts are aligned with our true Goals...leading to productive building and growth.

Since all other thoughts are not aligned with our true Goals they subtract from achievement of our true Goals...leading to things that are not productive building or growth. Their effect is distraction from our true Goals, which is negative, making them "Destructive Thoughts".

Disciplined thoughts lead to successful actions.

Or, we could just leave things to chance and self-confidence...however, at the very least, that would deprive us of the pleasure associated with the cause and effect between our thoughts (causes) and our achievements (effects).
