Thought Tweet #991 Take a chance...take off that fear coat.

The Thinking Behind The Tweet

When fear of change gains too much power over people it sucks the joy out of business.

It's a matter of choice; we do not have to wear fear coats; we can choose to take them off.

Thought Tweet #990

by Rick Baker

Thought Tweet #990 When they are messing on the floor, sometimes you just gotta put down your newspaper.

The Thinking Behind The Tweet

Only a Baker's Dozen years ago, double entendre, & a wicked sense of humour.

Thought Tweet #989 Only tiny creatures perceive molehills as mountains.

The Thinking Behind The Tweet

Moles are small creatures and they make small hills.

If you perceive a molehill to be a mountain then you must be much smaller than a mole...you must be a tiny creature indeed.

Good Habits are the building blocks of trust.

by Rick Baker
On May 1, 2014

When leaders fail at the little details, especially the interpersonal details, trust erodes. And it is tough to rebuild trust. Better to handle the little details well and maintain trust than to ignore the importance of getting the little things right.

Good Habits include doing the little interpersonal things right.

Good Habits are the building blocks of trust.

When annoyances consume me, I must step away and observe my thoughts.

When annoyances consume me, I must step away and observe my thoughts.

I must watch the ANTs as they march through my mind.

Then I must remove them from the path.
