The big smile: that’s Ernest's best quality. Ernest is a naturally-happy fellow. Some call him indomitable. But, most use other words to describe Ernest. Shiny shoes: Ernest loves shoes, especially white shoes…an important part of his sales wardrobe. Ernest also likes two-tone shoes. However, he doesn't think they send as strong a sales-success signal as white shoes.

If silence is golden then Ernest will never be accused of hoarding. The Boss believes, if Ernest could think more before he speaks then he will not speak so much. And, whether golden or not, some silence from Ernest will have a huge impact on Ernest's Blunder Factor.

Ernest enjoys a good laugh as much as the next Seller but he really doesn’t understand why the entire Seller clan gets such a kick out of hearing about a baby experiencing such a calamity….[maybe too many rum balls?]

  • ...read a sales book? [No, tried that one in 2010. It didn’t work.]
  • ...create next year’s resolutions before December 31st? [Yes - thats a good one!]
