Provoke def'n: to arouse a feeling or action

When we arouse feeling or action we have the opportunity to bring about productivity and we enable change.

To arouse the specific feelings or actions required for the desired productivity and the desired change we need to prepare.

When your company name has the word “spirited” in it you spend a lot of time thinking about energy.

You appreciate the huge role energy serves in business.

Leaders need to energize their people. Energizing people is the opposite of de-motivating people.

Here are 3 suggestions for energizing your people:

  1. Make changes that ensure the bus seats and the people ‘fit’
  2. Automate and systematize Routine work…explaining Why, How, and What as you make this change
  3. Free up time for Creativity for not-Routine work…explaining Why, How, and What…the Why being the same as the Why of Routine work…and the How and What being different than the How and What for Routine work
